Weight Loss Training:
We will design a program that will include a combination of body weight exercises, free weight exercises, and machine exercises to increase strength and stability, while getting your heart rate in the fat burning zone.
Gain Muscle:
Using the muscle overload principle, we design a training program that safely challenges each muscle or groups of muscles through controlled stimulation. Using free weight and specialized machines that are available to you. Your personalized program will challenge you each and every workout.
Sport Specific Training:
Engaging in sports can be exciting fun and a great way to measure your skill, speed and intensity. We will design a tailored program to help you hone your strength, stamina and flexibility that is required to take your game to the next level and try and bulletproof your joints for injury prevention.
Aerobic and HIIT Training:
Heart health is very important for overall wellness and health. Challenging your heart muscle in a controlled environment will increase blood circulation, oxygenate the blood and possibly reduce elevated blood pressure. High Intensity Interval Trainings is an amazing challenging training technique that will increase your metabolism, endurance, strength and overall heart health.
